Milton Glaser (born June 26, 1929) is een Amerikaanse graphic designer, best known for the I ♥ NY logo,[1] his Bob Dylan poster, the DC bullet logo used by DC Comics from 1977 to 2005, and the Brooklyn Brewery logo.[2] He also founded New York Magazine with Clay Felker in 1968.

Gerd Dumbar

In 1977 richtte Gerd Dumbar, Studio Dumbar op. Hij zette nationaal als internationaal vele huisstijlen naar zijn hand door middel van zijn werk. Dumbar won vaak de designprijs voor zijn werk. Onder andere won hij tot twee keer toe de D&AD golden pencils, een prijs die nog nooit eerder door een grafisch ontwerper tweemaal is gewonnen.
We kennen Gerd Dumbar van zijn huisstijlen voor KPN, NS, PTT en de Politie. Maar ook Schiphol en de ANWB, de Deense Post en Czech Telecom. Zijn eigenzinnige en grappige handschrift hebben een grote stempel gedrukt op Nederlands ontwerp én de Nederlandse cultuur.
Momenteel werkt hij samen met zijn zoon Derk en is als adviseur nog steeds betrokken bij Studio Dumbar.

Ken Garland

Ken Garland is a British graphic designer, photographer, writer and educator. He has made a significant contribution to the development of graphic design since the mid-twentieth century and formed the prolific design studio Ken Garland & Associates in 1962 (until 2009) in Camden, London, where he continues to live and work.
